Class Times

ADULT Group Sessions…
Warm Ups are MANDATORY. Please arrive promptly and put on your DRY, INSIDE workout shoes. All participants in a session start the session’s warm up at the same time. Warm Up routines are written on the whiteboard. ** Trainers reserve the right to exclude you from a session if you have not warmed up properly **

Each session includes time for Warm Up, Workout of the Day, Skill Practice, Cool Down.

*** Please be on time for sessions. There are no “in-between” sessions.

AM – 6:15,  7:15,  8:15,  9:15
PM – 5:45, 6:45

PM – 12:00 – 1:00 (open session), 5:45, 6:45

AM – 7:30 – 9:30 = Open Session - Box opens at 7:30 am. Two or three workouts will be posted on the white board.  Choose your workout. Make sure you are done and out by 9:30 am.

10:00 AM – Class for newcomers ONLY. Newcomers, please arrive at 9:45 AM to sign in.

Sunday – Group/Partner Day
AM – 7:30 – 8:30

Routines are for working in groups and/or with a partner. Must have at least 4 members attending to hold a Sunday session. Please sign up on Facebook ** by 6:00PM Saturday evening, letting Tom know that you will be attending Sunday’s session.

Times not listed as Group Sessions are reserved for private personal training. Inquire with Tom (774-641-0001) about scheduling a session.

Inclement Weather/Class Cancellation Policy

If Marlborough schools are closed, our policy is to close also, however, the trainer has the final say on whether he or she will open the facility, and the facility may open on delay. Please check this website and/or Facebook for details or have trainers’ numbers and text them.
