CrossFit of Marlboro is open SEVEN days each week. That’s SEVEN opportunities to help yourself become a healthier you! (See inclement weather/class cancellation policy.)
Our program for children is called Kids R Fit. Learn about the Kids R Fit program and schedule.
ADULT Group Sessions…
Warm Ups are MANDATORY. Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the group session start time and be ready! All participants in a session start the session’s workout at the same time. Warm Up routines are written on the whiteboard.
** Trainers reserve the right to exclude you from a session if you have not warmed up properly **

AM – 7:30 – 9:30 = Open Session - Facility opens at 7:30 am. Two or three workouts will be posted on the white board. Choose your workout. Make sure you are done and out by 9:45 am.
10:00 AM – Class for newcomers ONLY
Sunday
AM – 8:00 – 9:00
One session on Sundays. Session starts at 8:00. The facility closes at 9:00.
Kids R Fit Program
Sessions are three times per week: Tuesday and Thursday at 4:00PM and Saturday at 11:00AM. Max participants in one session is 8 children. MUST call (774-578-7233) – at least 24 hours ahead – to reserve a spot for your child(ren).
Personal Training Sessions
Times not listed as Group Sessions are reserved for private personal training. Inquire with Tom (774-641-0001) about scheduling a session.
Inclement Weather/Class Cancellation Policy
CrossFit of Marlboro adapted policy for inclement winter weather…
If Marlborough schools are closed, our policy is to close also, however, your trainer has the final say on whether he or she will open the facility, and we may open later. Please check this website and/or Facebook for details or have trainers’ numbers and call them.
