Blood Sugar Testing

For those interested, we will be taking a fasting blood sugar test Thursday morning either before the 6 am class or at 6:45 for those of you in the 7 am class who want to have it checked.
**** Please – no food after midnight, and bring your early morning snack with you to have after the test, but before your class begins. ****

Also, if Thursday doesn’t work, Joel can be available before the 5:20am class on Friday.
