Ramp Up Foundations Program
ALL new members MUST participate in the Ramp Up program. The program consists of four 1-hour, semi-private sessions with a trainer. Taking the Ramp Up program you will learn the fundamental CrossFit moves in order to be able to participate fully in the scheduled sessions, remain safe from injury, quickly recover, and ultimately, enjoy successful membership with us. The fee for the program is $249 per person.
CrossFit of Marlboro adapted policy for inclement winter weather...If Marlboro school is closed our policy is to close also, however your trainer may have the final say on whether he or she will open the facility, and we may open later. Please check this website for details and/or have trainers' numbers and call them.

Today’s WOD includes weights and runs, and Box Jumps and runs, and finishes up with Toes to the Bar.
